The paintings in this gallery are offered as part of #artistsupportpledge. It’s a great concept that supports artists and encourages collectors to be able to purchase works at affordable, reduced prices, directly from the artist.
‘Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many artists have found themselves without work, teaching, technical support, gallery work. Exhibitions and sales have disappeared. In an attempt to help alleviate some of this stress the artist Matthew Burrows came up with the ARTIST SUPPORT PLEDGE, see @artistsupportpledge on instagram.
The concept is a simple one. Artist's post images of their work, on Instagram, which they are willing to sell for no more than £200 each (not including shipping.) Every time they reach £1000 of sales they pledge to buy another artist's work for £200. ‘
The price is listed on each painting’s description and unless already marked as sold the works are currently available so can be shipped immediately. Contact me directly if interested in making a purchase or for more details. [email protected].
